Can someone help with sleep issues?!

Question: Can someone help with sleep issues!?
Hi everybody, I'm an 18-year-old male who has recently (in the past month) gone through some life-changing stuff!. I have a history of talking in my sleep, but since I've moved to another city it's been getting worse!. I get very little sleep at night, as I am in college, and trying to do well!. I fall asleep around friends during the day who tell me I often talk in my sleep as if I'm years older!. They say that I have a wife and 2 kids in my dreams!. Last night, according to them, I had a violent dream in which I was fighting someone I knew from campus, kicking my arms and legs!. Does this mean I may have a disorder and should see a doctor!? Or if there happen to be any specialists online that could give me some advice, i'd appreciate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you see a sleep doctor, get a manage on your Irregular sleep pattern, a talk to professional would be your best thing, quick fixes and suggestions are not always the answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi first

sleeping issues may be caused by feeling guilty of something
or secret you hide

if you knew something and you wish to say it say it to relief your self
,
then go do work outs for 3 hours like running ,lifting weights ,etc!.

then go take ahot shower then drink a nice hot milk with cinemon

then burn some any nice smell stuff like sent then

watch a boring movie better if it was an old one then suddenlly you will sleep without even you knew

good luck man
cause i went throught it 2 years ago

now its gone

good luck again cause it was a hard time for me Www@Answer-Health@Com
