Is thinking you have a mental problem can make you feel and act weird ?!

Question: Is thinking you have a mental problem can make you feel and act weird !?

When you feel like you became really different!. Different in a sense you became like mentally ill people!. Because ever since this May im doing nothing, just looking for psychs etc!. and then one day i thought, sh*t!. I think ive lost myself!. I think the things ive been thru for the last months (w/c is doing nothing but looking for psychs/feeling down/hiding from people) changed ME!. my perspective, point of view, telling what is right from wrong!. All i wanted was to understand myself but now, its as if those affected my point of view!.

Is this thought confusing, depressing, and can make you low self confident!?!!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, sometimes you just have to force yourself to go out and have fun!. Whenever I feel like I might be sliding into a rut, I'll go do something, either see some friends, or go on a trip, or an event, or something!. You can will your way out of depression if you still have that motivation!. Of course that would require you to do the opposite of what your depressing feelings are telling you to do!. But since you recognize the problem, at least you have some kind of will to beat it!.

The craziest people I've met, and I have met many, don't realize (or at least deny) that they are crazy!. At least if you think you are crazy, you can try to get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps people who think they have mental problems look up the symptoms and then try to act out those symptoms, however that would be very hard to do unless you had a really good idea as to what the symptoms actually feel like from a sufferers point of view!.

It would be silly to pretend to be sick when you are not, because of all the medications you would have to take!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't understand what you're saying or asking at all!. You were looking for mental problems in other people and now YOU'RE the one who feels mental!? If so you need to just chill out and stop thinking so hard!. If you look hard enough, you'll find something mentally "off" about virtually everyone! Luckily, most of the time it just makes us unique and is not bad enough to be a clinical problem!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
