I keep crying about this and I don!

Well!.!.!.i know what you mean!. You may feel like you have no right to cry, but if you and your friend are really close!.!.!.you will feel like this!. It's like this, you've been through alot together, i'd imagine, and you're still friends!. I've had the same basic thing happen to me!. But i was the friend that was going through problems!. You probably feel you could have done something to stop your grandfather, and because you didn't, your friend is hurting!. Being strait out and honest will help, believe it or not the first people to tell would be your parents, in your case your friends parents!. They deserve to know, both of them!. Phyciatric help will go a long a way, but recovery can only happen if that's what she wants!. She won't recover if she is ready, or willing!. Time is a healer, i hope for the best, and pray you'll both survive this!.

honey this does affect you more than you know!. This was your grandfather that did this to her, you are suppose to be able to trust and look up to your grandparents!. Im sure you are in disbelief and are hurt from all this!. It would crush me if I found that out about my grandfather!. Im sure you are also feeling VERY guilty that this happened to your friend!. Actually it does affect you!. Your friend, your grandfather, in your mind you feel guilty by association (your grandfather)!. You need some psychological help as well!. Talk to your mom about the problems you are having and ask her if you could see a therapist!. It sounds like you need help too!. Maybe not as much as your friend, but still you should talk to your mom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
