Question: Plz give me some advice!?
i have adhd absence seizures and partly blind in only eye so they dont focus correctly
all make it harder for me to focus
im on focalin xr 15mg
im creative
the only subjects i have a problem in are math
and ipc (science) witch is decimals
its not that i dont try its i make low grades and can never find time to finish it
i did three math papers that were missing and got a 24 30 50
ipc its to late to try to fix it
my mom constantly calles me lazy
stupid
tells me i never try ect!.
puts me down
im always stressed nothing gives me relief for it
i will be in school listening and all of a sudden start daydreaming im always told im crazy a card different i realy am getting tired of being a falure

Don't beat down on yourself Its not your fault, I also have severe adhd and used focalin for a while!. It can be really hard to concentrate and the meds should help you out with that!. I would advise you to check with your doctor to see if focalin is working well for you also talk to your school about your problem, I get accomodations for extra time on my exams!. And you are Not stupid, I used to hear that one a lot in high school until I seeked help and thanks to that I am now graduating from college this year to go to Med School so dont be too hard on yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Does focalin help you concentrate at all!? If you haven't felt any improvement on focalin, you might want to talk to your psychiatrist about taking you off!. Have you seen a neurologist for the absence seizure!? Maybe you should talk to your mom about seeing a neurologist!. Maybe the absence seizure affects you more than adhd does, or maybe you need a combination of meds to treat both disorders!.
