I turned 30 today and have been so sad today!!

First off, you need to think back what is making you sad and fix it the best way you can!. Or maybe you didn't want to turn thirty 'cause maybe you had some plans but didn't do them!. Just set a goal and keep up with everything that you possibly can!. I'm not thirty but, I understand very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I turned 30 i was sad and depressed I felt like I was getting old!. I got to the point where when somebody said that I was 30 in public i would tell them to be quiet!. My whole reason was that I was no longer 20 something!. Now a few years have passed and I got over it I just don't tell my age to anyone I feel its no ones business!. Believe me you will get over that feeling of sadness if i did anyone can get over it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know!.!.!. but it's all in your head!. I am 44, almost 45!. I'm not sad!. In some ways, I guess I could let it all get to me, but why!?!? The feeling DOES NOT worsen with each year!. 30 is a milestone, like 20 and 40 and 50, etc!. But don't let it get you down!. It's just a number!. You're as young as you feel!. I felt that way when I turn 29 years old, I cried everyday until I turned 30!. I hadn't finish college, I was in two major car accidents and would not be able to go into the career I wanted and study for and I was filing for my second divorce and raising a child by myself!.
When I turn 39 years old I partied like a rock-star! I re-invented my plans finished college and meet some amazing people that I now call my friends!. I have traveled to places that I thought I would never be able to afford!. My child went to USC at before she was 18!. Life is good!.
Make a plan in pencil with a good eraser, I did my in ink so I just though out the plan!. haha

focus on the good its there i had a car crash and about half a second earlier the truck would have killed me no worries i jumped out of the car expecting flames and all and some one asked me how are you i said lucky mate how about you he freaked more than me ! i got a new car man never had one in my life so doors close as doors open yes

For some people birhdays represent lost opportunities maybe the loss of youth, for me 30 presented me with a new career and 40 was the beginning of my midlife crisis!.!.!.these feelings usually pass so try not to dwell on it and do something that is kind ad just for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I turned 30, I had a blast! Cheer up!.!.!.it's pretty awesome!. I'm 37 and loving it!. You are not old and far from it!. To give you an idea of what I've done, I've learned to hang-glide, ran in 3 marathons, competed in 2 triathelons, climbed a mountain, and got married!. Life is great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its a number thing in your head,been there and had the same feelings it will go away its not the end of the world and it will hit you at 40 for sure as 30 has but it gets better after that i started living better than ever after 40 Www@Answer-Health@Com
The fact of the matter is, you feel that 30 is a bad number and that getting older is bad!. Guess what!? It's not bad, why not enjoy the fact that you have survived [both physically and emotionally] 30 years!?
