Anti-depressants, do they really work?!


Question: Anti-depressants, do they really work!?
After an overdose attempt 2 years ago my psychiatrist prescribed various meds!.!.!. Prozac, Aropac, Amnitripton etc!. Cipralex/Lexamil finally seemed to start working!. Is it just all in my head or do other people battling with depression think it really works!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The clinical data is very clear!. It is not just in your head!. Remember, not every drug works on every person!. Tiny differences in each drug combined with differences in how each person's brain works means some work better for some people, others don't work!. It's common to go through 2-4 psychiatric drugs before finding one that works!.

A student in a class I TAd a few years back went through fourteen of them before finding one that finally worked for his anxiety disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I actually started back on my lexapro not only 4 days ago and i already feel better!. Even if its all in my head!.!.!. i feel goood! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

They def work I've been on anti-d since my dad died and when i come off them i feel terrible, I do believe they work but initially they take time to get into your systemWww@Answer-Health@Com
