Hi, I have heard of this program though I haven't read or followed it personally!. I think your talking about the programme written by Joe Barry, after speaking to a friend who works in the US apparently it is priced around $70 and is available as an instant download!. (It does sound a little expensive)
This type of programme is a "self-help" programme they can be quite good as a starter to helping you get to grips with Anxiety, although personally I haven't heard of a 100% success rate using this system!.
Personally I would say that Panic Away would work ok as a filler between medication and face to face Counselling!. For instance it maybe useful to read and follow between appointments!.
