You can take the Herbal supplement Kava Kava for anxiety!. Works well for me!. if you take small doses your ok!. if you take large doses you can take for 6-9 months, after that it may cause liver damage, like drinking to much, just use it when your anxiety comes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
