I was on 20mg!. i took it in the morning as well!. but if you take it at night or in the day is no differnce, they last 24 hours, so just be sure to take it at the same time every dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
I take it in the morning because it gives me a boost of energy and there's no way I'd be able to sleep if I took at at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
