Question: What's a good way to get over depression!?
My life is horrid!. Almost every day I end up in a fight with my relatives!. All they do is force me to do stuff I don't want to do!. I'm already seeing a psychologist and it isn't working AT ALL!. Someone help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your pshycologist can't help you because you need your family and
they're not there for you!.
Speaking from experience, get away from your family!.
If I knew then, what I know now I would still have custody of my child, I would have moved away from them along time ago!.
I always wanted to believe that my family cared about me, but it took about 30 odd years to find out the truth!.
I may be wrong and maybe your family just deals with each other a particular way, but if you are being singled out then get out!
By the way, I haven't had anything to do with my family now for 3 years and I've never been happier, although I do admit from time to time I recollect an occasional happy moment and I'm tempted to get back in touch, but then I remember in the last "7" years they have never bothered to contact me, so stuff them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-try to consult a psychiatrist, he may give you an antidepressant, but if you don't like medications, try finding a better psychologist that would connect to your personality
-take vitamin B, it is good for your nerves, and exercise
-you need a better group of people to be around you!. doctors and medications are useless if you have circumstances that would trigger to affect your tolerance
-find/do something you like that will boost you up
-maybe just spend most of your time outside (just kidding, i dont advise this)Www@Answer-Health@Com
