I have panic attacks nearly daily and I'm in High School, what should I do?!

Question: I have panic attacks nearly daily and I'm in High School, what should I do!?
I'm a senior in HS this year and have panic attacks nearly daily!. I have meds, but they don't help much!. My main problem is knowing where to go during panic attacks!. I used to go to the guidance office, but they are too busy and say they don't have the "expertise to help me," even though I'm not looking for expertise, just someone to talk to about what I'm thinking!. I have PTSD, so the flashbacks get really bad!. I've tried going to the nurse, but that makes things a lot worse!. They have no idea what to do there!. I can't really stay in class because it is too distracting to everyone else!. I can't really go anywhere else because I can't be alone (in case I pass out)!. What do other people with panic attacks do!?!?!?!?
I am in counseling for the PTSD, but they don't know where I should really go either!. I'm working on different forms of therapy but we haven't found any good coping mechanisms yet!. Relaxation things are terrible for it and not an option!. Other than that, I've tried positive self talk, dual reality etc!. I have problems with disociation, so distraction isn't always the best option!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
