It is a central nervous system depressant, and has a residual effect!. That means it build up in the cells and neurons, and will take time even after no alcohol is being consumed to be purged from the system!. It also alter the bio chemical balance of the brain, and will cause mental problems!. All drinkers not just heavy drinkers and Alcoholics will display abnormal behavior, and develop symptoms of schizophrenia and are often mis diagnosed!.
