Having some issues? Feel like when I sit down I rock back and forth and body fee!


Question: Having some issues!? Feel like when I sit down I rock back and forth and body feels detached!?
Okay so first off I have an anxiety disorder and I freak out about everything so I dont know if it could be my anxiety or not but I feel like when I sit straight up that I rock back and forth!. When I walk I feel disconnected!. And I get really weird feelings in my head I'm assuming tension because when I feel like this I am constantly putting my head all the way back!.!. I am pregnant and have had low but not super scary low blood pressure the last few visits but the doctor said it was normal that it dropped!. The feelings in my head scare me sometimes, It feels empty, is this lighteheadedness!? Why would I feel it ALL THE TIME!. I honestly dont know hwat lightheadedness feels like and I'm just really worried because I am home alone all day long and these are the 3 things that bother me (rock back and forth when sitting up, feel detatched when I walk feel as if I have to hold onto something, and the weird head feeling!.) I have been feeling this for a while doctor said its probably anxiety!.!. But it still makes me nervous!. I have never passed out and so I dont know what thats like either!. First of all, I would find a different doctor or get a second opinion from another doctor in the same office regarding your blood pressure!. Next, I would get the out of the house everyday if only for an hour or two!. Go for a walk, go to the library or go visit your mother or other family members!. Find a hobby or craft to fill some time so you are not all alone in your thoughts!. Learn how to sew,knit,refinish furniture,bake cookies,rake leaves etc!. Anything to get your mind onto something other then your "imaginary" problems!. I am not trying to sound mean but I know how you feel!. You are your own worst enemy!. YOU can fix YOU!. You have to help yourself because it sounds like there is no one else around!. You obviously have a computer, do some research on something that has always interested you!. Also, make sure you drink lots of fluids even if it is only water!. Dehydration can cause headaches or light headiness!. I wish you the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like depersonalization or derealization - feelings that you or your surroundings are unreal!. It can feel like you are outside your body, observing yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you read books or can you buy a bike!? You should try to do that!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds astho it could be as simple as you being Anaemic or you could have vertigo!?

If you are anaemic - you need more iron in your diet!. Try iron supplements and eat more red meat and mushroom this is important as you are pregas!.

If you have Vertigo - there is medication you can get from the doc but i don't know how it would effect you pregnancy!.

Or it could even just be coz you are pregnant - SIMPLE> I suggest since there is now 2 of you - you should speak to your doctor and dont be selfish by not getting help and asking unqualified people on Yahoo Answers!.
