I've heard it's possible to get sick by worrying more than you should!. I know the mind is a powerful thing for your body, but is it that powerful!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people are unable to get enough sleep to be healthy due to their worrying!. Lack of sleep can cause any number of physical and psychological problems!.

YES you can get ill, stress will definetely lower your immune system thus allowing opportunistic infections access to your body, can range from colds to pneumonia and it can be mentally damamging wich is bad for your mental health!.and it also will affect your cardiovascular health over timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can!. I've been really sick for the past month and thought something was wrong with me!. Turns out it is anxiety!. I have no appetite, headache, diarrhea, and I've lost a ton of weight!. Worrying is ruining my health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
