He seemed to have a pretty normal life, other than moving alot!.!.!. why in hell did he turn into a psychopath without a rough family, or horrible environmental upbringing!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people are born that way, it's in their personality that they're capable of doing something like that!. They don't need abuse or a terrible situation to make them 'capable' of extreme violence; they have that in them from the start and can let it out whenever they choose!.
