I agree; more activity and thought will encourage dreams!.!.!.

If you're too excited, you won't be able to sleep!.
If you're too tired, you'll likely fall in too deep a sleep to dream!.

Try this: Write down something you'd like to dream about on a piece of paper!. Read it three times: once in your head, then aloud, then in your head again!. Then put the piece of paper under your pillow and think about it until you fall asleep!.

Well what do you do during the day / sleep!? If you wan to dream about football play football during the day!. Then think about football all night until you fall asleep!. Get plenty of rest! Don't be to excited about tomorrow this will make it harder to sleep!. I've once changed a dream as I was dreaming it! All I did was really want to dream about one thing! If you want to be consumed by random dreams then try thinking of random things!. Simple things though!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As far as I know there is no way to "force" yourself to dream!.

I guess if you do a lot of things or activities in a day or a week, this may encourage dreams as your mind will have a lot to think about!.

Some other people may give you a better answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

read a book before you go to bed!. Or maybe there is nothing subconsciously bothering you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
