I feel detached from reality?!


Question: I feel detached from reality!?
I've had a lot going on the past few years and I've gone through a lot of depression and stress!. But now I feel like I just don't care anymore and I'm a b***h whenever I want to be and I do whatever I want, when I want, no questions asked!. Which is weird since I used to be SO nice to everyone!. And I feel like life just isn't real anymore!. I feel so detached from reality sometimes I scare myself, and sometimes it doesn't even feel like it's me making my decisions!. Which sucks since a few days ago the guy I've liked for a year or so asked me out!. I said yes but I just feel so empty!. I feel like I just want to block him out with the rest of the world because he'll just screw me over like everyone els!. I don't know why I'm acting like this, it's like I'm going crazy!. i know how that goes!. i've been there!. i've felt like that!. time healed me more than anything!. i found someone who finally cared, and made a lot of that go away!. i felt so empty until he came, and even after he did!. but he filled that!. i wanted to block him out like i did everyone else, and somehow he fought through that!. he helped me a lot!. i don't suggest confiding in anyone, until you can trust them because most people will stab you in the back!. i still don't let anyone in, and most of all i left everyone, because i knew they wouldn't be by me in a few years!. my best suggestion to you is to just ride it out and let it pass!. follow what your heart says!. it feels horrible, and you don't think it will go away, but eventually it starts to fade!.
i think what really picked me up was the death of a friend!. it made me realize what death was!. maybe you should ask yourself that question!. don't act on harmful thoughts if they cross your mind!. they hurt you more in the end!. just ask yourself what life is and what death is!. i'm sorry for writing a book!. this is the best i can do for you!.!.!.!.

Leave the past in the past!.!.!. make a choice to be positive and supportive of others tommorrow!.!.!. maybe take up a new interest as well to help change your view of things, possibly try it with the new guy like tennis, cooking classes, charity work --- anything positive!.
