Question: Help with major anxiety!!?
I have major anxiety about everything in life! Worried about the smallest stuff and stress myself out to where I can't function daily!. I use to be a real out going person and care free and that has changed!. This all started when I was about 25ish after the death of my best friend!. I always have a fear of dying in some kind of accident!. Not waking up in the morning, having some kind of health problem, fear of everything! When I'm off work I like to stay in my house and not go out into the world!. Fear of something going to happen, and the funny thing is that I know nothing will happen!.!. My question is how do you convince your doctor that you need Zanac!? I have taken them in the past when I had to ride a plane and man that works great!. I felt no stress at all and was very happy that I was flying! I have tried other pills before and nothing seems to work as well!. Would it be wrong to tell my Doc that I have tried it before and it works!? Any feed back would help and I appreciate your suggestions!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

I wouldn't tell your doctor that you're tried it in the past!. There are other meds out there that also work great for anxiety, other than Xanax!.!.!. Kilonipin work well, aprazolam is the generic form of Xanax!.!.!.

Just tell your dr exactly what you posted!. You think that you need something!. Explain why!. You might what to actually talk to someone too!. Taking meds and not coping with the problem will not help you in the long run!. Most people feel that way on Xanax !. It is what is supposed to do!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called Xanax, not Zanac!. Sounds like you might need an anti-depressant, not a tranquilizer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
