I don't understand why I'm so depressed?!


Question: I don't understand why I'm so depressed!?
I have a huge problem!. Doing the day I'm totally fine, but at night I get soooo unbelievable depressed!. I used to cut and I still have the urge to do that at night!. My life is good!. I have a good job and friends so why to I feel like throwing myself off a bridge at night!? I mean not just a passing thought, it's obsessive!. I think about all the ways one could die but I also go for the most painful ways!.

I know people will say to see someone but I've tried that!. I can't make people understand how I feel!. Heck I don't know how I feel most of the time!. I actually was seeing someone when they said that they felt I was all better and didn't need to see them anymore!. The night before was the closest I'd ever been to killing myself!. It's the whole day and night thing!. During the day I have no problems!. I'm upbeat and happy!.

I don't know what to do or how to make people understand how deeply and unbelievable depressed I get at night!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is there a reason you are depressed!? is there something thats bothering you!?

Maybe its because of the darkness at night!. Darkness usually makes people depressed!. Sleep early and before you go to bed have a hot cup of warm Milo/ hot chocolate!. This helps you relax!. Whe nyou're in bed, read a happy book or magazine, which gets you tired!.

Don't think about jumping off a bridge!. think about things that you're lookin forward to the next day or in the future!. Think about what TV show you want to watch!. Think about someone special!.

Snuggle up in your blankets and have a good night sleep!. You have better things to do than jumping off a bridge and commiting suicide!

Take deep breaths!. Taking a bubbly bath might help too!. watch a comedy or something that makes you laugh!

I don't know how you feel but I hope that some of my ideas help, or you will discover your own and feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe at night you should do something fun with a friend to take your mind off things!.!. better still seek professional advice!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

COUNSELOR
AND YOUR PARENTS ABOUT THIS ASAP!.

ive been depressed and and happy and the cycle continues it seems that when i happen to inccounter a stressfull situation its when it hits me, suicide is just a thought of a easy way to leave a problem with out a right solution to the situation, so maybe its just time for a realization that your not gonna be sucked into that stage of "oh lifes making me sad now its time for me to go"because, realize there is worser problems that people face every day and they make it through the day hoping and wanting answeres to there problems, w/ out the thought off suicide, make yourself the stronger person and dont let thoughts of depression and suicide take over you!. its hard somtimes to get rid of it speaking of myself i once was and every now and then try to pass those memories of death being my only solution but im still here for one reason only is to proof that i can come pass my fears and so can you!. chemicals in the brain are probably responsible!. You must get a prescription!. I know when people cut they are trying to feel!. So you may not be in touch with your feelings!. Depression (maybe when you are alone) is you confronting your feelings!. I think you should talk to a good therapist!. Depression is a foul, life sapper!. Why waste your youth on this easily curable disease!? Don't be afraid to seek help!. This is a common malady!. The additional info changes the landscape!. There are other doctors!. There are some powerful, new drugs!. There is a point to all life!. Some say depression matures the soul!. There are many roots of it!. If you look at this as a problem and not really your fault or prison, you will begin to see it as as limited or one day ending!. ONE DAY YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU ARE ALIVE!. Trust me!. There's a reason for your birth!. You may need to be in a half way house!. It sounds like you need support!. Thoughts of suicide are very dangerous!. The Doctor needs to address these straightaway!. Did something happen to you, that was unbearable!? Did you do something awful!? Are you not following your heart's desire!? There is a solution!. Don't think there isn't!. It happens with most of us , our attention is taken by our job in days ; while in nights when we lay down on bed , we start thinking some absurd and hypothetical things , this happen with me !.The best thing is to work and lay down on bed only when you are ultimately drowsy!.

You might say after working in days , you dont have much energy to do anything in nights , but then you can learn many things , like learn a new language , try stitching !.

Meditation is one thing which gives you peace and out of all nervous thoughts!.

I am saying all this of my personal experience!. My situation was different and less severe , even then I would say follow above , you will be benefittedWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not in a position to be able to guess whats wrong with you and neither is anyone else on here!. What I will say though is if you ever feel close to seriously harming yourself please call the emergency services so you can get the help that you need!. Be clear about what you are thinking about doing so they take you seriously!. If you use vague terms like "Its getting too much" sadly they may not understand the urgency of getting you help!.

Your depression may not be situational but due to a chemical imbalance!. Go back to your doctor and state again how you feel!. It may be helpful to make a list of your symptoms before you go!. I know sometimes when Im well it can be hard to remember how I felt at my lowest!.

Other than that I would suggest to try and keep yourself busy at night!. Do anything you can to occupy your mind to distract yourself from your suicidal thoughts!.
