as some how we or our concerns may have this problem not to concentrate on work, some times when we are under pressure of lots of work, as one person is in field also and have other works which need more attention!.

Well, a very good question!.
I think in a different way, there can be 2 reason of we not able to concentrate on work:

1!. If we are not liking the work, which we are doing, no way one can concentrate whole heartedly!.

2!. If one has some personal tension then its very difficult to concentrate on work!. For this remedy is: just take leave and clear the problem and once your head is out of tension, just go ahead and enjoy the work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have set goals or mini goals!. Add integrity to your work!. If you say you'll do it, you'll do it!. In that way your integrity will get you through it and people can rely on you!. When you work, project integrity so that other people can notice it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just ignore what ever is bothering you !. Work comes first !. If you still can't concentrate , take 3 deep breaths and start on your work !. Be relaxed all the time !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If we are not interested in certain things we lose our focus!.!.!.so its better to make the work we are doing interesting!.
Second is outside disturbing factors which should be eliminated!.

Well mostly I will be concentrated on work!. Coz Im working a s a team leader and I have 5 recruiters working under me!. I dont want to make an *** of myself in front of em by not concentrationg :) But sometimes I do feel it hard to concetrate and I follow the below steps!.

Step 1:

Create a good work space!. A good work space is efficient and comfortable!. Adequate lighting and comfortable furniture are important!. A good clean work space, in the form of a table or desk allows adequate work space and supportive chair are also necessary!. Your desk should also have all work supplies etc!.

Create any motivational aids or put up pictures, quotations or anything that helps you to get (and stay) motivated!. Aim for a quiet space, if you prefer!. If you do not prefer absolute silence, consider playing light music (jazz, classical or other light music)!.

Step2:

Minimize any distractions!. Take care of any physical or health issues as soon as possible!. One of the biggest distractions to your work and concentration is poor health!. Your health is not something that you can avoid or ignore!. You have only one body and you need your body to be completely healthy and functional in order to be efficient and productive in your work!.

Step3:

Maintain a positive attitude always!. There will always be projects, assignments, issues and people at work that will create negative feelings or atmosphere at work!. Do the best you can do and brush off everything else!. Do not internalize the issues and problems of other!. Do the best you can do and do your work to the best of your ability!. Address and solve any issues or problems that will cause stress!.

Step4:

Work more efficiently!. Break down large projects into smaller, more manageable tasks!. Work on similar tasks around the same time!. Divide your large time blocks into spurts of 15 and 20 minute work blocks!.

Be creative and use your own thinking!. Try new approaches to your work!. Sometimes a change is all you need to make your work fresh and interesting!. Always look for ways to make your assignments easier and to be more productive and efficient!.

Step5:

Manage your time and avoid procrastinating!. Work on a set schedule and set times and specific deadlines to complete your assignments and larger projects!.

Look to the future!. If your work seems tedious or time consuming, look ahead!. Remind yourself that you will be done with a specific project and task soon!. And that you will move on to the next assignment or project soon!.

Step6:

Take mental breaks!. Be sure to have snacks on hand in case you get hungry!. After work and in your spare time, try to reward yourself with fun and other pampering exercises!. Get a massage, a facial, take a long walk, play golf, watch sports etc!. All of these things will help you in staying mentally and physically healthy and reduce stress and anxiety!.
