How to deal with anxiety and paranoia?!

Question: How to deal with anxiety and paranoia!?
I'm fourteen and I have anxiety and paranoia and phobia issues, and I think some slight avoidance personality disorder coming on!. I feel unlike I ever have before!. This school year has brought on more stress and more feelings of alienation than before, and all my close friends go to different schools so I only see them once or twice in a week!. I used to see a therapist but I found it didn't help with me!. Any suggestions!? Thank you in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, you are 14! This is normal!. At 14 I was a wreck, as a lot of kids are!. You miss your friends, the security of their support!. I suggest relaxing about this year!. Focus on school homework, studying, etc!. Join a club or the school play! You will make new friends!. This is not the last year of your life, just normal teenage stuff!. When you are 15 and 16 you wil see things differently!. Sometimes PMS can cause depression!. Don't imagine too many wierd things, instead think good stuff about yourself!. :) And my mom always seemed to help when I felt "out of it"!.!.!.!. maybe your mom or an aunt can help you see things for what they are: temporarily annoying!Www@Answer-Health@Com

More than a therapist you need a psychiatrist to deal with the issues and he or she being a Dr!. as opposed to a therapist can prescribe some meds!. that would fit you!. Yes, the meds do work and help a lot!. The therapy prescribed will also help!. Don't try to go through this alone!. In the mean time here is a web site where you can ask a lot of questions and talk with a lot of people who have similar issues!.
www!.panicsurvivor!.com!. Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
