It's very clear to me that you have been suffering from a few typical panic attacks!. For numerous reasons, some people have a predisposition towards experiencing a "fight or flight" response in inappropriate situations (like when you're in the middle of a class, for example)!. During a panic attack, the following very unpleasant symptoms may come up out of seemingly nowhere:

-Unexplainable cold/hot sweats
-A racing, possibly irregular heart beat
-Dizziness/vertigo, sometimes accompanied by the resultant nausea
-Tremors, a feeling of being imbalanced\
-An unshakable feeling of pure dread or terror
Etc!.!.!.!.

When an episode like this occurs, you will immediately be thrown into a state of sheer panic - you might even wonder whether or not you're dying!.

The GOOD news is that you are most certainly NOT dying, and that these awful feelings will indeed pass after a while!.

The bad news is that when a panic attack occurs, there is no surefire "cure" to stop it in its' tracks!. The best you can do is simply take nice deep breaths, and reassure yourself mentally that you are going to be okay, and that this is "just another panic attack!." I know, that's easier said than done when you're in the middle of it!.

There are many treatments and remedies to lessen the frequency of your panic attacks!. The first step should be taking a long look at your diet; do you ingest a lot of caffiene in the course of a day!? How about sugar!? Foods that can act as stimulants can certainly exacerbate a pre existing panic disorder!.

Other lifestyle changes that can help to curb your panic attacks would be:
-Making sure you are always getting sufficient rest and sleep; being overtired can make you more susceptable to experiencing a "fight or flight" reaction I find!.
-Keeping company with people who make you feel at ease, and good about yourself!.
-Substituting all negative self talk for positive self talk

If all else fails, getting some good cognitive behavioral therapy from a qualified counsilor who is knowledgable about anxiety disorders would be a good start!.

Best of luck!

But I generally feel very sorry for you!. there has been a misundertsanding at my school recently!. and that lead me to be very upset!.
If this is happening alot of the time, and there in no main reason behind it!. I think you should go to your GP, he may be able to help!.!. becuase this could be very serious!.

Just take a deep breath honey and let it go over your head!.
What are you worrying about, you are a kid (sorry to sound patronising) I really hate the word!.!.!.perhaps young person would be better, and you should not be worried about anything!. To tell you the truth, with regard to the boy today, I think it sound like he may fancy you, boys do that kinda stuff, I used to have a guy sat behind me who pulled my hair constantly, really used to piss me off and one time I just snapped, about a day or so later, the boys best friend came up to me and told me that he had fancied me for years, but was only just getting the courage to do something about it!.!.!.(and he thought pulling my hair whilst sat behing me getting my attention)!.!.They just dont think do they!. Try to just take deep breaths and calm yourself when you feel "stressed", if need be, take a break, take a little walk, clear your head and then hold your head up high and go about your daily routine as usual!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a common reaction to a situation where you feel embarrassed and nervous, it can make you panic!.
I wouldn't go as far as saying you've had a nervous breakdown, but a mild panic attack!.
I know exactly how it feels, it is embarrassing and when you feel alone, you are more paranoid about it happening again, making it worse!.

You already know the causes of the problems - stress from family problems and your health, and the d*ckhead in your class!.
You need to start talking - talk to your family about the problems because they are the only ones who can fix it!. If you feel you cannot talk to your family, speak to someone at school like a teacher or a counsellor!.

As for the nob head in your class - stop letting him get away with it!. Don't react to his bullying by bullying back or getting angry, ignore him (he wants a reaction from you), and tell your teacher in private!. He can get in serious trouble and even expelled from bullying, it is serious and can make you ill or depressed!.

You don't need to go and see a GP unless you are feeling ill or depressed, your crying is because you were upset, not sick!.
You do need to start talking to your family and teachers!.

Good luck sweetheart, and remember, the nob head in your class is so not worth being upset over!. He is a retard and will probably not get very far in life at all!. He will get what's coming back to him when he opens his stupid gob to the wrong person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you are having panic attacks!.The extra stress you are having at home could be triggering them!.

Have you ever had anything like that before like when you were over stressed/tired!?

Just try to take some deep breaths and try to calm yourself down!. Think of something that makes you feel better!. Also you could talk to your teachers and let them know when you are in front of the class you get anxcious and explain what happens, so that you can be excused if you need to be!. Talk to your parents about whats happening!.

I dont think you need to see anyone about it but if they really start affecting your life you should definatly talk to someone!. Maybe your guidence counselor, or your regular doctor!. They could recomend someone for you to see!.

feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello little dude, sorry to hear you been poorly!

Basically in your brain theres a little thing called an "amygdala"!. its only small but its the part of your brain that controls your "panic" responses!
When we used to be cavemen ( like my dad) we developed the amygdala to run away from big animals so we wernt eaten, or!.!.!.stand up and fight!.!
when the amygdala kicks off it makes us ready for danger and sends our body into shakes and spins and sets our hearts running a mile to the minute, just in case we need to run away to safety!

In your case, the big scary animals are your class mates, and your mind thinks "DANGER,RUN OR FIGHT" giving you this reaction!

i know its horrible but its re-assuring to know that it means that your mind is doing what its supposed to do, ( but not in the place you experience it) so do this!

When it happens next say

"AHH my body thinks im in danger!.!.!.am i really in danger!?"

you may find this helps!

Take care dude!Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need to relax man,

School heirarchy and what people think of u can seem so stressful and important to you!.!.

this is all i have to say on the matter,

Your school experience's will seem like a distant dream and whether your popular or hated, it doesnt make a blind bit of difference once you get out and experience the real world!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

The ONLY thing that matters in school is your grades!.

simple!. these determine what your life is going to be, for the rest of your life!! and thats a long time though it may not seem like it now!.!.!. "trust me on the sunscreen"!.

Forget bout them fools in class, most will go on to do nothing with their lives!. you will probably never see any of them again!.

School is for an extremely short period of your life!. make the most of it, come out the better, splash them with the mud from your merc!.

People that are dkheads to others lack neurons!.

trust me man,,, this crisis ur going through will be insignificant!.

it sound like a panic attack!.!. no worries!. quite normal!. few deep breaths!.
