Yuppp its great to be able to connect with other people with mental health problems isnt it!? :) I dont use it as a substitute for "real life", but a compliment!. One of the things I find the worst about depression is feeling alone and its hard cuz I dont have anyone to talk to who understands whats its like!. YA changes that a bit!.
