When I was 17 and 18 I had anxiety so bad that I couldn't leave my house!. I had to stop going to school and all that stuff!. I remember going to a store, this was when I stopped going out!. I had a tough time breathing, everything started to go dark so I ran out of the store!. My legs felt cold, but they were burning on the inside!. I never felt so scared in my life!. I am now 29 and everything has been better!. I still have panic attacks but I just remind myself that everything is fine!. And I have my husband to talk to me when I have these moments!. That way I focus on something else, not what's going on around me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
