Seriously, will I jeopardize my health if I do the following...?!

Question: Seriously, will I jeopardize my health if I do the following!.!.!.!?
Ok, here's the rundown on my situation; I'm fresh outta college with a seasonal job that ends at the end of October!. So for like the past month I've done nothing but spend every waking moment of my life searching for work that's more permanent!. I'm very lucky to already be getting interviews, I follow up, but no offers yet, rejections so far, and it sucks! I'm still gonna keep looking and take advantage as many opportunities and never give up! Unfortunately, I'm still stuck living with my parents who are very supportive!. I'm working my butt off looking for a better paying job, saving money, and trying to kick myself out of the house for the sake of my sanity, and no, I don't have a dysfunctional family, I'm just sick of living at home like a loser!. I owe about $17,000 in student loans and already made a $3,000 payment this week while still in my grace period hoping to knock down a big part of the interest! Depending on how things go, I'm gonna make another big payment of $1,000 next week!. I even started my own online business about two days ago, and no it's not a scam or get rich quick hype, it's a legitimate program accredited by the Better Business Bureau that takes time for earn money!. Since I cannot control our current fu*k'd up economy and can't predict exactly when I will land another job, I decided to put money saving into extreme overdrive by taking the following actions:
?I cannot get health coverage from my work, so I will cut down and eventually wean myself off of my antidepressant medication on my own!. I'm on 10mg of Lexapro!. Today, I took scissors cutting my tablets in half, so starting tomorrow I will be taking only 5mg until I just run out!. I will compensate by taking vitamins rich in B Complex!. When I told my doctor about this, she "laughed" and said that my body won't be able to handle going completely off medication!. She is willing to help me out with my prescription by supplying samples, my parents even help out, but I said no cause I don't want to be a burden!. Ultimately, my doctor is out to get my hard earned money, so I'm gonna eventually stop seeing her cause I need to save to pay off my loans!
?I am going to try to cut down to eating only one meal; only about 500-600 calories day, so that I can reduce my grocery bill!.
With these decisions, I'm in for the ride of my life and well on my way to saving some extra cash! Seriously, how bad could it be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
ok!.!.!.

first, eating only one meal a day is bad for your health and will eventually make you fat or fatter because your body will think it is starving itself and retain all fats you consume, especially once you go back to eating more normally which will eventually happen because no one can live on 600 calories a day!. so you might have anorexia if you are skinny already, if you are not skinny now, that is not a permanent solution to weight loss!.!.!.

ok, that said, school loans are not considered "bad debt" and are generally easy to pay off, and not necessary to pay off when you don't have the ability to pay them off!. Instead of spending your money on school loans, you should actually spend it more wisely!. Loans eventually need to be paid off, but if you are in grace period, you don't have to, and if you don't have a job, you can claim hardship!. So you just made a terrible business decision by putting 3000 cash into a debt you don't have to pay now!. i recommend that you save your capital until you have real income!.

As far as anti-depressant drugs or things of that nature are concerned, ask yourself, "does this particular drug help me or hurt me!?" the answer to that question is whether or not you should stay on it!. and if you don't trust your doctor, you might want to find another one who is more helpful to your needs and listens to you more!.

It is a lie that your body can't handle going off medications that effect the mind, but you have to do it with caution, because you might have developed a dependence on the medication you are not aware of!. also, im not familiar with lexapro, but some meds work differently with different dosages, and you might find yourself acting not so good if you don't do what a competent doctor you trust says!. The psychiatry industry is extremely dangerous, they are testing meds on their patients almost "willy-nilly" often without good diagnostic tools and sometimes never find the right drug for people!. And trying to fix your problems with drugs, might create more problems than they are worth!. But if you aren't behaving in a rational manner, the answer by society is typically psychiatry, so be wary!.

and lastly!.!.!. i hope you didn't do a "network marketing" program on the internet!. While those "businesses" are legal and "legitimate" they are not a very good way to make money!. NEVER pay someone up front to start "your own" business!.!.!. the only exception is a legitimate franchise opportunity with a great track record, like subway or mcdonalds!.!.!. If you want to start a business on the internet, you should figure out something that people want to see, and then get google ads up on your webpage, drive traffic to the site, and the people click on the ads and you get money!. its easy if you can get the webpage up, update it constantly and learn how to drive traffic there!. in the news a while ago was some 17 year old girl who made myspace layouts and made a million dollars in ad revenue in one year!.!.!. but a lot of people are trying stuff like that, so there's lots of competition!. But that $1000 might be able to develop a website instead of the student loans, or better clothes so you can impress better at your job interviews, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I will say, if you are on the medication, maybe you need it!. But, if you feel you can try being without, it is your right to do so!. Just watch for the signs/symptoms to return that you were being medicated for!. As for the meal planning, You may want to change a few things!. You still need to eat, and more than 500-600 calories per day!. Most poor college kids I know eat alot of ramen noodles, peanut butter sandwiches, and cereal!. Think along the lines of cereal for breakfast, ramen noodles for lunch alternated with sandwiches, and something a little more sustanable for supper!. I don't know which part of the country you are in, but I assume groceries are about the same cost there as they are here!. The diet I just described, with a bit of room for snacks can be carried out for under $30 per week!. Still not healthy, but better than your plan!. Dont stress so much over paying off the loans!. You have time, and it will cost you some interest, but dont hhurt yourself in the process of trying to pay them off!. And as far as employment goes, it will come in time!. You sound like you are dedicated to finding a job, so you will find one!. It really is that simple!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the Lexapro is expensive, try switching to Celexa!. Celexa (citalopram) contains both the left and right hand version of the molecule, while Lexapro is just the left handed version; in theory this should lead to fewer side effects, but it may just be a new way to milk money from the patent!. Anyway, celexa's now generic, so you could get a month's supply for about $10!.

As for eating only 600 calories a day, I'd worry about my decision making skills going downhill really fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You mentioned that you didn't want to be a burden to your parents by accepting help with your prescriptions!. I promise you'll be more of a burden to them if you land yourself in the hospital!. Have the doctor wean you off the medication correctly, eat enough food (1,200 calories at the very least), and please remind yourself that if you end up in the hospital from malnutrition, exhaustion, bad withdrawals from the mecdication, and whatever else you're doing to yourself, the hospital bills are going to outweigh any saving you could do like this!. You know this is a bad plan or you wouldn't have asked this question!. I'm sorry you're in a tough situation, I just hope you'll swallow your pride and let your parents help you a little!. It's ok to save and not purchase useless things and it's even ok to skimp a little and eat cheap food or eat a little less (think 1,200 calories, not 500), but you're putting your health in danger with what you described!. Your physical and mental health really, truly are most important!. Reread that last sentence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should take the samples from your dr and eat ramen noodles if ya have too but do eat!. also you aren't a loser living at home!. you should stay as long as you can!. at least until you get work again!.
By the way county mental health clinic gets medications for you and sometimes the drug company gives these to you for free if you don't have a job!. the last thing you want to do is get depressed when you don't have a job and live at home!. your motivation will be sapped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes i read every thing you just said too, its extreme
but it sounds like you are not depressed anymore!.

The economy is bad yes and it sucks it is affect every one, I my self cannot find a job and i am still in school!.

I think you can get off the Lexapro if you really want to because just by reading your question you seem to have very strong will, in fact i think that its the Lexapro that is making you want to take things to the extreme and reducing your food intake to save money!.

Lexapro is a anti depressant, depression is a mental state and if you tell you self that you are not depressed and that you a perfectly normal person going through normal every day things then you will not be depressed!.(because technically i know about 30 people rite now with no job living with their parents with some massive student loans to pay!.)so your very normal!.!.!.!.

Do not take the Lexapro samples from you doctor because to me it sounds like she is only trying to keep you hooked on coming back!.
Its messed up on what these doctors and people with power do to other people for money!.

IF SOMEONE WANTS TO COME OFF THEIR ANTI DEPRESSANT THAT MEANS THAT THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY COMING AROUND TO REALIZE THAT THEY DONT NEED IT because depressed people need something for comfort they would never cut their comfort pill in half!.!. NEVER!.!.!.!.!.!.
