Very weird nightmares: Something wrong with me?!

Question: Very weird nightmares: Something wrong with me!?
It seems that whenever I sleep facing upwards towards the ceiling, i dream about something ghostly!. I was sleeping facing upwards one night and i dreamed that i was in my bed and there was this hand at the bottom of my bed and i remember saying ' I touched it once and the hand was real but i touched it again and it disappeared!.' then i felt a ghostly shiver go up my spine as if i touched a ghost then i woke up!.

What happens to me!? Does it normally happen to other people!? i have had this dream before if that's weird!?
HELP ME!!!!?!?!? thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Could be said that you have a vivid imagination, you watch too many horror movies, or that you have repressed fears of something!.
Like the idea of sleeping face up causing weird dreams!. Deceased are always face up in the coffin, even though the final instructions of the deceased were to put him face down so people can K-M-A!. That's besides the point!.
Could be you have an issue you don't want to face and your subconscious mind is presenting it as a hand, you know its real because you "touched" it but on the second attempt it was gone!. The expectations of seeing it again (or having to face whatev') is what has you 'frightened'!. You might want to sit and meditate what's in your mind, the answer may be right there!.
BTW it happen to others too so you're not strange!. Strange is the nightmare where no matter how you go to sleep, face up or down, sideways, the hand insists to stand on its "tip toes" and dance a version of Swan Lake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
