Question: I'm having a bad day!? 10 to best!.!?
what are some things you do when you have a bad day!? I do not need your sympathy and you don't have to be rude!. It's a long story but today just sucks!.

so what do you do when your in a bad mood to make you feel better!?

Take a bath!. Light a ton of candles (if you like that kind of thing) in your bedroom!. Read a magazine/ play a video game/ read a book/ watch a childhood movie- anything that will make you forget and lose yourself!. Paint your nails!. Have some comfort food!. You could do something physical like clean out a closet or go out and garden (if you have a yard); I've said this before on YA, nothing is as therapeutic as ripping out weeds and crabgrass when you're frustrated or angry!. Or if you're just kind of blue, you can turn on the hose and hand water the yard, or flower beds or put some water in the birdbath for the little birds (again, if you have one)!. You can just sit outside and listen to the wind and the birds and just enjoy nature; or put on some music you love to cheer you up; write out your feelings (and then throw them away once you feel better) and be honest-that's one easy way to vent!. Physical stuff is usually good to get the endorphins going which make you feel better usually--like working out, or scrubbing a floor, or something like that!. I know it sounds boring, but you can let off steam in a 'positive' way!.
And, then there's always metal music, you can scream your head off to it unless your neighbors object!. Hope this helps!.

This may sound silly but it works: spend about 20-30 mins NO MORE writing down everything that you are upset about!. Then walk away from the paper!. Do something you normally enjoy!. If you still feel stressed tomorrow spend 20 min NO MORE again writing out everything you feel up set about-again get involved with something you like-not something you must do-but something you like!. If the weather is nice where you live, take a walk!. That helps clear your head and you get some fresh air and exercise!.

Take a deep breath!. Tomorrow is another day and you can start fresh!.

Watch a funny tv show!.

Talk to friends about anything!. Laugh!.

If you like baths- take a bubble bath and relax!.

if i am feeling down i usually just pop a xanax, maybe take a rip of some killa, then have a shot!. then i go back to playing xbox 360 about 8 hours a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
