Yes I think most people feel it at least once in their life!. I can be superstitious in thinking that certain things mean bad times are coming, etc!. Try to relax and shake it out of your head for now!.!. I'm sure nothing bad will happen!. 9 out of 10 times nothin ever does!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I asked my therapist and she told me I was suffering from "generalized anxiety"!. In my case, it was so bad that I am now on medication and I also do regular therapy (witch has alleviated most of my anxiety attacks!.!.!.)!.
I'm not saying you have the same thing as me and need meds!. or therapy!.!.!.But if it comes to a point where it affects you on a daily basis and it affects your normal activities, I would suggest that you mention it to your doctor!.

It sounds like you are having a panic attack!. I have those sometimes, and they are horrible!. If you have them very often, there are medicines like Klonopin and Xanax that help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
