What type of questions do you get asked in a mental health assessment?!
Question: What type of questions do you get asked in a mental health assessment!?
I recently attempted suicide, and I now have to go for a mental health!. I was wondering if anyone knew what the questions were I would most likely be asked- and if there's a generic form they have to fill in that I could download and read!?!? I'm really anxious and I don't like not knowing things! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Each clinic has their own forms, so you can't download them to see what they are!. When you go for an assessment they will ask you about your mental health history, your family's mental health history, your medical conditions, your family life, your symptoms and stuff like that!. It is really nothing to worry about!. I have had tons of them and it is no big deal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the fact that u even attempted suicide means u need major help, not in a bad way mind u but u do need help!.
