Hiya,
Firstly Everyone has the right to dignity and respect at work (Equal Opportunities), it doesn't matter if you are the cleaner of the boss its the law !! Everyone is entitled to learn at their own pace, we ALL have different learning paces, and there is nothing wrong in that at all, because you may learn quicker or slower in different areas of the same job, you are making excuses for what sounds like an impatient boss, He sounds like he could be intimidating you a little, if it was me I would do a little Research on your rights, if you are strong enough then put in a bullying grievance or harassment at work, there are plenty of websites on it, but if you like the job then you have nothing to lose than to stand up to him, he Will respect you in the end for it, You do not have to be rude or abusive and whatever you do do not swear ! lol ! just say something like , what part of my question don't you understand !? bounce his question back at HIM !? hes the one with the problem so bounce it Straight back at him, If you cant handle him and its making you ill then your health is far more important and have the confidence to find another job, you will be much happier, I should know because i had a nervous breakdown because my boss bullied me, i have left now and am doing my dream job, there can and will be a happy ending for you, im sure of that, good luck with him xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

look if some one discouraging you then just listen and don't let it go to your brain ,, i mean just ignore by thinking that they are telling lie, even if he is your boss!. but also if they are right then try to improve your work !.

if your boss is not happy with u , you have to try to make your self as he need you!. it is important for your job security , try to learn that which way he will understand, then try that way, and do think before you say any thing !. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell you boss that you dont appreciate it when they make remarks like that!. You feel belittled or___________!. It probably isnt you that is wrong, it is probably your boss being closed minded or worse!.!.!.DUMB! lol!. I had a boss like that who would try to micromanage everything I did, from how to count the cash drawer to how I wrote down room numbers to check!. Eventually I learned to just stop whenever she came by, and ask her if she needed something!. She probably thought I was being rude, but she stopped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No need to panic, just understand it's your boss' way of telling you that s/he doesn't have an answer for you at the moment, or truthfully doesn't understand your question (that's when you should rephrase it)!. Try to rememer that everyone you come in contact with in the workforce is "human" (really!)!. Some our more arrogant than others, some not as intelligent as others - but for the most part we're all just trying to get our job done!. So help, help, help!.!.!. and listen, listen, listen!. You're going to be fine!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you have to be more careful about the questions you ask your boss!. if there is someone else you can ask, then do it!. if not, make sure you ask a question in a manner that he can understand!. dont worry, you will get to know the job well fairly soon, im sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
