Help!!! i need help with some anger problems i have... I need a safe way to get !


Question: Help!!! i need help with some anger problems i have!.!.!. I need a safe way to get my anger out !?
Now I don't wanna hurt anybody but i swear im this close and my sister well its already happened to her(me hurting her)!.!.!. i've had it up to here and farther!. I've lately been having a lot i mean A LOT of trouble with my family!. And i keep getting in trouble for getting too mad!.!.!. and DON'T YOU DARE SAY COUNT TO 10 OR COUNT BACKWARDS TO 10 CUZ THAT MAKES ME MORE MAD THAN I ALREADY AM AT THAT MOMENT!!! !.!.!.
see rite there!.!.!. anyway i feel like living with somebody else for awhile until things smooth out but the problem is i don't think my parents will let me!.!.!.

When you ask for help people are only trying when they say count to ten!. Don't get mad at people trying to help you Also PLEASE don't get mad at me for saying so!.
I have dealt with a lot of issues regarding anger and after enough times exploding and usually breaking things or hurting people I realized that it is my choice to be angry or not!. I now choose not to be!. I'm not sure of the root of your anger but it doesn't matter you need to vent it in some way!. You may not want to hear these ideas or they may sound stupid but they work!.
Pushups or any excersise, jogging, even shadow boxing or if you have a punching bag even better!. If not I suggest you get one!. Don't just do pushups but when you do one think about what is making you angry and picture the anger leaving you body when you do one!. Same goes for any type of excersise!. To make you happy I won't talk about the breathing excersises other than to say that I found them to work best, if done right!. I won't get into that though because you don't want me to!. Sorry to have even brought it up!.
There is no magical way of doing it!. It all comes down to the stereotypical way!. You need to confront your anger!. You need to deal with who'm or what ever is the source!. If a person is the reason you need to confront them and let them know!. Don't yell at them though, just tell them what it is!.
This is the first step and it is good you came to Yahoo for this!. It will even feel better doing this!. This is why they say to talk about it!. It really does help!.
I know you already know and probably feel bad for hurting your sister!.
She will forgive you!. My sister and I now have a great relationship!. We never used to!. She used to get the bad end of my spurts!.
I was real embarrassed about it and decided to never yell at her or threaten her again!.
Basically anger is a choice but I don't mean that it is easy not to get angry!. I mean that after a while you realize that it is just too stressfull to keep things bottled up!.
A good thing to do from now on is to confront issues when they arise!. Don't be affraid to voice your concern!. If nothing is said then nobody will know better!. Maybe you already do this and people don't listen!. If this is the case then I promise you that they are not worth being angry over!. It's like a game you need to play everyday!. When something happens you need to realize that it takes a stronger mind to confront it or let it go!. Don't let it to continue to bother you!. This is in the case of something petty happening!. If it is something more serious then you need to use your judgment accordingly!.

The only thing that I have found that helped me is just to walk out the door and take a nice long walk by myself!. Somehow that exercise seems to help me stay in control!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
