Question: Anyone mind helping me!.!.!.!?

Hi im 16, and i weigh about 115 lbs!.
Im 5'2, but I really dont know if this information is helpful!.
But i was wondering if anyone knows how to get thinner!.
Not stomach/fat wise, but sides/hips wise!.
Im a pretty normal/skinny girl, but im so freakin wide!.
i really look fat, and its really annoying me cause im just not happy of how i look, and ive been dieting and working out but i just lose weight!.
if anyone please leave some suggestions and helpful tips!.

You don't need to lose weight, you need to tone up!. Please change your thinking so you can maintain a healthy weight!! A proper diet and exercise are great but you are probably focusing on trying to lose weight, which your body refuses to do because you are at a healthy weight!.

What you should focus on is toning!. A good regimen would be cardio 3 days a week to maintain your weight and health, and strength training 2-3 days a week with one day of rest!. Things like either lifting weights or situps, pushups, squats etc!. I suggest getting a good book on strength training and following that, and you are NOT fat! Trust me I am about that size too and it's not fat, just need to tone up!. Good luck! first of all!.!.!. you sound like a great size! Im younger and weigh more! Haha!. anyway, if you are working out and dieting but not losing weight, its probably your metabalisim!. The higher your metabalisim, the more calories you'll burn off faster!. And, if your're not used to working out or dieting, then it takes a while for your body to get used to it and work up that metabalisim!. Just keep working!
