Question: Please help, I dread this so much!!?
I'm training to get my black belt, so every Saturday morning I have to do this intense black belt training!. I despise it!. We have to run a lot (last week it was two miles, it gets longer every time)!. And then we have to do sprints and other intense conditioning!. How do I help the time past, better yet, not dread it!? It ruins my week thinking about it, and I can't just not think about it, you know!? Please help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

bring along your ipod or Mp3 player!. most times this is probably not allowed however if you pop in just one ear phone and dont get noticed perhaps you can make your experience past by a bit faster than it has been!. i know the training is boring, ive been there!. time after time you dread going because all you end up doing is the same things over and over again!. dont quit, youre almost there! keep your head up and stay strong!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
