How to approach doctor about possibly being bipolar?!

Question: How to approach doctor about possibly being bipolar!?
I've been researching bipolar disorder lately in my ongoing quest of trying to self-diagnose, and it really seemed to be on target!. Any ideas about how to approach a doctor or psychologist with this without coming across like a hypochondriac!? Any advice would be helpful!. I have already been diagnosed with anxiety and sleep disorder, which I take medication for, but I feel like there's something more going on with me than that!. When I read up on the symptoms of bipolar disorder, oddly enough, I felt like I'd finally come home to myself and began to understand so many things all of a sudden about me and my life!.!.!. things that have remained a mystery to me until now!. So much just instantly began to make sense the more I learned about BPD!. It's not a happy discovery, but at least there was some relief in finding something that made some sense to me!. Anyway, I was hoping that anyone else who is familiar with it could help me out with this!. THX!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just go to your doctor as normal, and instead of describing that you researched it on the internet to try and self diagnose, tell him the signs and symptoms of BPD that you are suffering and allow him to diagnose for you!. Also remind him you do suffer from anxiety disorder and insomia and he should come to the conclusion himself!. If he doesn't, which I doubt, maybe hint it to him and say, I have been doing research on BPD, and I was wondering do you think it's possible I might be suffering it!. I doubt it will come to that though!. But yeah, just tell him the signs and symptoms and he'll help you out!.
Good luck and I hope you get better!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello
The more you read about the symptoms, and having anxiety and sleep disorder , Im sure its Not the best way to come to a 100% conclusion that you have bipolar disorder !!
Do Not self Diagnose !
Remember that Anxiety is more than enough for you to feel strange symptoms not related with any other disease !
Good Luck !
