How do I go about dealing with anxiety naturally?!


Question: How do I go about dealing with anxiety naturally!?
I was recently diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and I really HATE taking medication!. I don't feel that it is good for your body but my doctors put a prescription in my hand every time I walk into the office!. I would say on a scale of 1-10 my anxiety os about a 7 or an 8!. In the beginning I had attacks just about everyday and now its maybe once every 3-4 weeks!. In the meantime all im doing is thinking about when the next one is going to come!. I cut caffeine out and all I drink is water and occasionally ginger ale!. I now tend to shy away from fried foods but I love salt so that is my downfall!. I don't smoke or drink!. I stopped doing the things I used to do with my friends and now I just sit in the house like a big loser! I go see a therapist and I do breathing exercises and nothing seems to work!. I even tried magnesium pills but I still had attacks while taking them because all I could think about was what it was doing to my body and if I was getting too much!. I am running out of options and I REALLY would rather not take prescribed medicine!. It's bad when I have anxiety about taking something that will help my anxiety!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Any suggestions!? Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

Girl, me and you would have fun talking :) I worry about when I am going to have another anxiety attack and that will give me an attack!. I try to do deep breathing, like you said you already do!. I also take Zoloft every day and Xanax when I have an attack!. I hate taking medicine too!. But it seems to be the only thing that helps!. It wouldn't hurt for you to get out of the house and try to have some fun!. When I stay home for awhile, I get kinda depressed and that can lead into an anxiety attack!. I hear Sam-E works well!. Its natural and can be found in a good health store!. Besides that, you wouldnt believe how much it helps to get involved with helping others!. The more we worry about helping other people, the less time we have to turn our personal worry inward on ourselves!. Maybe you can do some volunteer work or something beneficial to you as well as others!. I promise it works!. It wont completely cure you of anxiety, but it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
