Emetophobia (fear of being sick) support groups?!


Question: Emetophobia (fear of being sick) support groups!?
I have looked everywhere and cant find one that will help me, anyone have a good one i can join!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hun, I am a recovered emetephobe and let me give you a few pointers to help you out!.
1!. Look at throwing up like sneezing, coughing, belching and other bodily functions!. They all have a purpose in helping you to feel better or repair your body!.

2!. Panicking when flu or some sort of bug is going around will only make you miserable when you may not even get it!.

3!. If you DO in fact manage to get a virus or something and start feling nauseous, don't wait for it to come up on it's own, cough to get it started!. It actually makes it feel like YOU are in control and you wont go through the slow motion jaw locking open thing,

4!. When you or someone in your house is sick, keep a platic garbage bag next to your bed!. The reason is that many times the "rush" of omg here it comes can make one panick and make it feel worse!. Not to mention throwing up doesn't hurt your stomach when your are in a sitting position!. Standing over a toilet makes it pull stomach muscles!.

5!. Remember, ginger tea can be a big help when it comes to nausea!. It somewhat numbs the lining of the stomach so it doesn't feel as queasy!.

I hope these little tips will help you hun because I spent most of my life hiding during flu season and freaking out everytime I heard a family member in the house was sick!. Don't waste your life over something that is natural!. A function that God gave us to cleanse our bodies of poisonous materials that could hurt us if left in there!.
