Question: Just wanted to know doe's anybody get these sensations!?
doe's anybody feel a little pain in there arm's and legs sometimes from anxiety!? like it feels like ur vains poppin threw when you walk!? or your arm's feel like you been liftin weights all day!? and sometimes you feel like ur pulse in ur arms are going threw you!. it sucks alot!. why am i feeling all these sensations!? and freak out about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like anxiety and panic!.
When you experience anxiety your body reacts as if it were in a state of emergency; what they call the "fight or flight" response!. Your brain releases a big load of adrenaline which acts on the body like a big dose of caffeine, which makes the anxiety worse!.

The strange thinga about anxiety is that it can create pains and sensations that mimic other things; such as chest pains, headaches and you might start thinking that you have a disease or something really bad and that your fears are justified!. That's a normal reaction to something that seems to be real!.

Anxiety is real but the effects of anxiety; pain, heart palpitations, rapid pulse -- all those are just side effects, just in the same way that you might become sleepy if you take Benadryl!. It is real, but it is deceptive!.

I would urge you to find a doctor and have yourself checked out just to assure yourself that you're physically okay!.
And if the anxiety stays with you then you need to aggressively treat it!. Find a doctor who understands that anxiety is normal but excessive anxiety is a true illness and needs to be treated quickly!.

One of my regrets in life is that I suffered from anxiety but I did nothing about for 10 years!. From the time I was 22 until I was in my 30's, I was suffering from severe anxiety until finally I was afraid of everything!. Doctors didn't know what to do, and I think that kind of long term exposure to anxiety itself is destructive!.
So, I urge you to seek help if things don't clear up soon!.
Living with anxiety is being half alive!. The rest of you will be buried in fear!. There are lots of treatments out there and many good ones!.
But do it, don't wait until you're older to realize that a good part of your life has slipped away!.

Sounds like blocked emotional energy!.If you don't work 7 hours a day then it may be stress too!.You can do this simple exercise :
1-lay down on the bed with your palms downward and realx all your muscles!.Turn your toes inwards and outwards for 5,6 times!.
2-Imagine that roots are piping out of your hands shoulders and spinal cord and leges and feet and are going into the earth!.
3-Imagine that every muscel of your body is a hard lump!.
4-Visaulise that all the lumps are dissolving!.
5-Then start imaginig a scene you love most!.You can choose to BE with someone in your imagination!.
6-At this point you can turn your side and sleep a little bit!.
It is very relaxing!. I have tried it many times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
