How can i turn from a night owl to a morning bird?!


Question: How can i turn from a night owl to a morning bird!?
Answers:
!.!.!.some people just can't!.

They've done test after test on me, and aprently I'm hardwired to be up most of the night!. I've been that way since I was little!.!.!.!. so I picked a career that keeps me out at night :)

Here are some of the things random doctors have told me to try!.

No caffeine after 5pm!.
Go to bed at the same time every night!.
Force yourself to get up in the morning
Sleeping pills to make you go to bed
Exericse first thing in the morning!.
No tv or computer after 9pm


Like I said, they've drugged me with valium, benzos and sleeping pills all together, and couldn't knock me out before 2am lol!. It's just how I am!.

Just start getting up early, no matter what time you go to bed!. You'll be so tired by night time that you'll crash earlier!. Then, once you get used to getting up, set yourself a bedtime and stick to it!.

You will be surprised how much better you feel!. I was a "night owl" for years and then got a "day job"!.!.!.I never thought I'd be able to get up early, but it's NICE to get up with the rest of the world!. Your days will seem so much better!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you just have to keep working at it!.!.!. set your alarm clock a bit earlier each day, maybe 20 minutes, and make sure to get up and not just sleep through it! i made my sleeping time go 5 hours earlier by doing that!.!.!. during the summer I always woke up around noon, and right now, even on the weekends, i wake up at 7 am =)

and another way to do it is just to make yourself stay up all night (morning!?)!.!.!. I do this when i go to china and the time is completely flipped!. Say you usually sleep at 3 or 4 in the morning!. you'll just have to live through that hour or so, and then it won't be as hard to stay awake!. then, just go to bed really really early, maybe 6pm -ish, and your time will probably turn around!.

well,im thinking go to sleep early around 8:00-9:00 somewhere their then ull wake up early or
-alarm clock-alarm on phone-a person waking u up-phonecalls-
those are my suggestions oh also!.!.!.!.
when you go to sleep early you wake up early then u get tired from "something" and you go to sleep realy and wake up early!.!.and then eventually it becomes a habit but its a cycle-breaker meaning you can stop the habit by "sleepy late" its called "jail breaker"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

practice!. you need to slowly adjust your sleeping times go to bed earlier and wake earlier!. but you have to commit to it or it won't work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
