How do I talk myself into going to sleep on time?!


Question: How do I talk myself into going to sleep on time!?
I can spend hours on the computer and I should be sleeping! Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to stop using your laptop before bedtime!. Recent research suggests that computers and mobile phones react with our brains making us less relaxed, therfore less sleepy!. Try having a bath or reading a book before bedtime in order to relax!. This will help you to fall asleep naturally and get into a sleep pattern!.

Tell yourself how much better your day will be if you are well rested and not dependent on caffeine!. I mean, being exhausted all day just makes you miserable!. I'm sure that you could spare a few hours of doing mindless things on the internet for the sake of getting beauty rest and having a better day tomorrow!.

set you alarm really loudly on when to go to bed!. when your alarm goes off, you have to shut your laptop/log off your computer!. If you have to do some final touches you can do that but your alarm has to be going off all the while!. Make it buzzer not radio!. Its more annoying that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing that helps me is to stop for a minute!.!.!.!.get up!.!.!. set a timer and tell myself I really will get offline when it goes off!. Also, I get ready for bed as early as I can, so that it's out of the way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm struggling with the same thing!.
My solution will be to close my laptop (or you should just turn off your monitor)!. And go!.
