Sleep Pattern disturbed?!


Question: Sleep Pattern disturbed!?
For last 2 weeks, i get sleep at 5 a!.m in morning and wake up at 1 p!.m in afternoon!.

I have tried to sleep at 12 a!.m, 1 a!.m , 2 a!.m but i dont get sleep!. Similarly after sleeping at 5 a!.m i have tried to wake up early at 9 a!.m, 10 a!.m etc but i dont get up before 1 p,m

The problem is i have an exam next sunday and i need to get my schedule back in order to write exam in morning!.

Just make yourself a schedule!. The first night go to bed and 4 a!.m and lay there until you fall asleep no matter what then wake up at noon!. The next night go to bed at 3 a!.m and lay there until you fall asleep then wake up at 11 a!.m and so on until you get into a regular sleep patternWww@Answer-Health@Com
