IS ANXIETY LIKE THIS? ?!


Question: IS ANXIETY LIKE THIS!? !?
1!. Worried that people don't care or give importance to you anymore and when you take it seriously makes you feel weird or act weird in front of people coz you now pretend or act the way you want them to want you!.

2!. You think that your becoming a loser or pathetic person!?

3!. Worried that your not the person you think you are!. !?

4!. A lot more! but are these qualified in anxiety!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder and I experience all of the symptoms you just mentioned sometimes!. Sometimes it makes you feel like you are crazy but you aren't this is just the anxiety!.

When you are trying to figure out how other people feel and think about you remeber that that is impossible to know what others are thinking!.You aren't a mind reader!. Its just your insecurities in yourself causing you think you have figured know that someone hates dislikes or is dissappointed in you!. And even if they do, so what!?(they probably dont think that at all though just sounds like your anxiety talking) What you think and feel about yourself is all that really matters!.

When you are worried about not being the person you think you are try to remember the things you love and enjoy!. What kind of music you like!. Your favorite movie!. Do you love sunsets, sunrises, the ocean!? When I remember these things it helps me remember I know who I am!.

You are probably an extremely kind and caring person who always puts others before yourself!.

But yea this all sounds like anxiety!. Exercising outdoors and stopping all caffiene intake helps me with this too abit!.

It does sound like depression!. And with depression can come anxiety because you are so worried about how you feel and how others , you think, feel about you!. You need to seek Help with a counselor, most cities have these services available to you, or speak to a family doctor!. Call a local hospital!. But there is a help for you!.Sometimes it's not you, it's other people, so remember that!. Do not awfullize all your thoughts either or just continue to think of the what if stuff!. You may be reading more into than others are!. Believe me it can be difficult to do, but not everybody is focused on you!. They have there own busy lives too!. But you need to ask someone you love or trust, a close family member, a professional counselor, a church!. But please , please seek help and guidance because you are important to all of us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If these thoughts are causing you to feel anxious, then it's anxiety!. I would base it on how you feel, not the specific thoughts you have!. You could be anxious about any number of things!.
Sounds a bit like anxiety or mild depression though!.
How about writing a little list of these concerns and ask yourself these questions for each one -
- Is this really the case or am I imagining it to be worse than it is!?
- Do I have any real evidence of this statement!.
- Could I be misinterpreting others' thoughts/ behaviours!.
- Am I giving too much credit to others or imagining that they're putting more thought into my actions than they really are!? Other people tend to be more concerned with their own problems after all!.

It takes a while to figuare out who U are!.!.!. I never knew what was wrong with me, or even knew who I was!?!?!? I believe it is from a messed up childhood! We don't know "normal" health because we never fit in! I was the same way when I was in high school!. I would do anything to fit in!.!.!. and get away from my very bad family life!. It took me forever to figuare out what was wrong with me!. It takes time!.!.!. there are several different solutions to help you heal, and be a leader instead of a follower!. I took drugs, U name it, and alot of times my so called friends still would'nt invite me to hang out!. Anyway, I finally figuared out why my parents where so screwed!. I ask my mother one day!.!.!. what was your childhood like!? Long story but the one that stuck out was, her mother died when she was 8 the oldest child and her father, my grandfather sexually abused her!. My mother was nuts!.!. and never got home!. I ask my father one day, they are divorced !.!.!. and my father doesn't talk much, but he said to me, my father would be in prison today for abuse!. So that solved alot for me!. The toughest part was still living with my mother and the mental abuse I had to hear from her everyday, I never felt good enough, I hated her!. It wasn't intil I was grown enough to get the heck out of there!. I finally forgive them!. And I had too take some meds!. for depression, anxiety and focusing to help me get over the crap and learn to love myself without trying to find in others!. Hope this helps!.!.!. email me anytime!.!.
