Question: Awkwardness and Anxiety question!.!? !?
first, are those the same!? when i say i feel uncomfortable does it mean im anxious!?

2nd, why is that for example im willing to talk in the phone with someone!. as in im willing to talk, but i still feel awkward!? why is that!?!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.
