Could i have brain damage from extacy?!

Question: Could i have brain damage from extacy!?
OK I already know that im retarded for trying Ecstasy but heres what happened!. I bought and took it with a friend just one tab and it didn't really do anything except make me feel really, really comfortable!.This was like a half a year ago and i mixed it with alcohol and lots of weed!. Now Im getting panic attacks, anxiety, depression, strained eyes, and short episodes of psychosis where I saw things moving around and things change color!. I also think that somehow the part of my brain that receives vision is messed up because i get like mixed up frames of vision and see trails behind things sometimes!. I also get depersonalization or derealization and feel really spacey all the time and have been socially withdrawling even though I want to be around people, it is just too hard and exaughsting!. I am litterally not the same person aymore!. I have quit all drugs and alcohol and have almost no friends now!. **** What should i do and do you guys think its from the drugs or do I have a condition also!? any answers are really appreciated!. I know im probably the millionth person to complain that they screwed up thier head with drugs but if anyone has any advice or anything i could really use it!. Thanks Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yup that sounds like the tatle tale signs of mental illness, if you never had a mental illness before, use drugs it will bring out the best in you (anxiety, depression, hallucinations etc)!. Drugs didn't do that to you it was always there the drug use just helped those issues come to the surface and yes you did mess up you brain an extacy user has a different mri image than a non user!.!.!. well welcome to world of the mentally ill and the world of legal drugs aka prescriptions (benzodiazapans, valium etc) good luck hope your still young im finally off the prescriptions and the drugs, it only took me til I was 30 to figure all this out I hope u get it together faster than I did Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't listen to the people saying YES, speaking from experiance if you have only took 1 exstacy pill then you are probably more thinking about that being the reason for this,

Placebo!.

Do you still smoke weed!?!?

i find that canabis over all is a lot worse for mental health that most other drugs!.

You don't notice it slowly creeping up on you, and then BANG!.

A neurologist is the right specialist to see, not a psychiatrist!.
Neurologists work with damaged brains; psychiatrists with mental illnesses!. What you describe is certainly doubtful to be a mental illness!.
The neurologist will be able to do some testing to see which parts of your brain are involved!. He/she may want to refer you to a neuropsychologist for other mental tests!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good for you for quitting!! You might benefit from seeing a doctor!. I would recommend a psychiatrist because he/she could help with the psychosocial issues you are facing, and know if it might indeed be a medical condition, and treat/refer appropriately!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the answer is YES you need to see a doctor and see if you can be fixed because the damage isn't always permanent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
