I feel like im about to break down?!


Question: I feel like im about to break down!?
my body feels like im in stress right at this moment, I have been feeling this rush of anxiety going through my body for the past hour but i dont know what it exactly is

it used to happen a lot to me when i took a 75 milgram Concerta(for ADHD) pill last yr, but now i take a 28 milgram!? i just know its a way smaller dose since last year, idk if its anxiety attack or not but its really hard to handle because i dont know whats going on because my heart beat is going really fast and i feel nervous

an other stress related issue that may be also be effecting me is that im dealing with two people, one that im trying to get over and an other one just entering my life!? but idk if that has anything to do with how i feel right now

can anyone tell me whats going on!?

you'll be fine!. sounds like u said, a lot of stress!. i want you to pick between choice number one or two ok!?
1) Go outside and lay in the grass or on a swing or somewhere where you're alone and in the open!. Lay down and close your eyes!. Think about the things that make you happy!. Like!.!.!.i dont know!. flowers, clouds, nature in general!. relax
2) Shut off your computer!. shut off your television!. shut off you lights!. turn off all electronics and lay on your bed!. agian close your eyes and get a good mental picture

Anxiety is sending a rush of adrenaline through your body, it sounds kind of panic attack-ish, but those are more acute usually!.

Either find a way to relax, just calm yourself down deeply and slowly breathing, or stop fighting it, and welcome the break down, because after that you will feel better because you got it out of your system!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't compare yourself with other people!. It is a wasteful pursuit, and you could be doing something better with your time and energy!. Know what you, personally, want and expect from yourself, and focus on attaining those things!. The things that you want and expect from yourself don't have anything to do with how you measure up to others!.

Consider attending leadership classes!. Learn to take control of things!. If you are in school,team or work, then consider running for a social position, such as a president of a club!. The ability to lead others and respond to others' behavior under your leadership will help to bring you self confidence!.
