Your all out of wack, you need routine back!.
You need to go to bed at a certain time and get up at a certain time, eat proper meals, which will help with energy and good for brain power!.
Depression could be the main factor in this so that is something you will need to see your doctor about!.!.!.but routine is a start and once you start going to bed at a reasonable hour and getting up with a clear head then things will start to fall into place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have hypersomnia, if you were feeling as if you weren't getting enough sleep even though you sleep 13+ hours a day!.
Getting into a routine can help a lot by going to bed and waking up at the same times!. If this isn't possible, try to get up after the same amount of time after going to sleep every night (e!.g!. plan to get up 8 hours after going to sleep every night)
I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are a number of chemicals that the brain produces that bring on sleep!. Some of these chemicals can also be found in certain foods!. Some can also be found in certain medications and over the counter products!. Check with your pharmacist ( the names of these chemicals escape me right now ), he will be able to give you a print out on the subject!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might have some sort of sleeping disorder, but something you should look for are signs of depression!. Depression can make you sleep excessively!. Are you tired a lot!? Something to help with this is to put yourself on a rigid schedule to help regulate your sleep!. Have a set bedtime and don't go to bed any earlier than that!. Set your alarm clock in the morning for the same time every morning!. Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
