I was on celexa for a month and the only side effect i experienced were these crazy vivid dreams its really funny actually the dreams are so vivid and feel so real!. I would wake up every morning and think darn that wasn't real! And i would remember every little detail of the dream! Sadly, celexa didn't really work for my anxiety disorder and im on something stronger!. But celexa is completely harmless my weight stayed the same and don't worry about having any sexual problems!. I couldn't even tell i was on the drug except that my anxiety decreased slightly!. But its different for everyone :) I do know a lot of people who found celexa was the best thing for them and they finally felt like themselves again!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm not sure I actually just started on celexa myself about a month ago!. I didn't have nausea or weight gain (so far) but I have had very vivid and violent dreams!.
I have had the sexual problems as well, it just takes me longer than usual to orgasm, it hasn't stopped them completely!.
You should ask your doc how long they will last or if you are very concerned have him switch your medication!. just explain what is going on!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi been on citalopram now for 4 weeks for pnd/anxiety had vivid dreams and dry mouth and anxiety was slightly worse at start now my moods are picking up and the anxiety is far and few between attacks so take them they do work jsut takes a while 6/8 weeks am told and as for orgasms am still having them to but slightly longer than usual to reach one so chin up and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
