me and alot of other people, its very common and anyone giving thumbs down to those who say so need to get a life, you're not alone believe me, though it can often feel that way!. Anxiety and social fear is usually a result of depression and low self esteem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. I do pretty bad!. I have to take meds for it and it stills bothers me somewhat from time to time!. I am really self-conscious and feel that people are constantly judging me and I can't sleep much bc of worries that keep my mind ticking!. Depression really sucks!. I hate it so much; it's like wearing a pair of pessimistic-colored glasses!. You hate everyone and everything and are in constant misery without treatment!. It's not something I suggest you try to fix on your own if you are suffering from these disorders!. Treatment is so much better!. You can feel normal again for once and don't feel the need to bring everyone down with you!. I am also an ex-self cutter but I haven't cut in a very long time bc of sheer willpower and not wanting to scar up my body!. I hope you are okay and if you are sick then you need to seek treatment, even if it's holistic/alternative/herbal therapy or whatever!. I hope everything turn out okay!. i was gonna say exactly what Get Well Travis And Adam!!! said!.exept, i dont hate every1 and every thing and im not a cutter!.i never really got the cutting thing!.i kinda know y,but cutting is prety exreme!.thats like geting a HUGE paper cut!.anyways,its affected my life so much 4 like around 3/2years!.i feel like i ruined my late childhood&teenhood!.its like a time that will haunt me my whole life(unless i kill myself)!.alot of things r going bad 4 me right now!.lately ive been better,but still have it !.also lately,ive searched my house 4 stuff i liked a long time ago!.it reminds of better and happeir times!.it cheers me up a little,that as much as i need now!.it can be old toys,clothes,pictures,movies, or anything!. still it makes me kinda sad that my life isnt like that any more!.by the way,if u feel like that ,theripists arent really the best answers!.ive been 2 like 2 of them,im no differnt!.its worked 4 a lot of ppl,just dont 1 thats 2 normal or constantly happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do have all of them!. The big name for the anxiety and social phobia is anxiety disorder or panic disorder!. There are various types!. I like this website!. Meds do help!.

i have depression and i think mild anxiety but its very uncommon to have either depression or anxiety
