Anger issues...how to control?!


Question: Anger issues!.!.!.how to control!?
Ok, so I just want to know what's going on with me and if any of this is preventable!.

I'll start off by saying that I've been diagnosed with severe depression since the age of 17 and I'm now 21!.

Ok, here's my deal!. Occasionally I'll get in these really bad moods for absolutely no reason!. There's no predicting it; it comes on really strongly and from there it's hard to control!. Like I'll want to throw things around the room or hurt somebody, but in the end I choose to just take it out on myself by hurting myself!. And then, within a short time frame I'll start crying and get all depressed feeling, and get a strong feeling of wanting to commit suicide, and then after a little bit I'll be back to normal!. I can't say that this happens daily, but it happens quite frequently throughout the week!. There's rarely a week that goes by that I don't experience this!.

1) What is going on with my emotions!? Why are they changing so quickly!?
2) How can I stop from feeling so angry!?

As a side note, not sure if it would help, but I'm no longer on my anti-depressants and haven't been for awhile!. I don't have money or insurance, so I can't get help anymore!.

when i had a panic attack at school my doctors put me on Zoloft but i too don't have any insurance or money to spare for medication!.

1) sounds like you are bi polar!. sometimes you can feel super happy and then other times you feel depressed, suicidal, and violent!. being bi polar or depressed runs in your family, it's not your fault your like that!.

2) when you feel angry, take some glass and place it into a bag, go outside and hit the bag with a bat or a hammer, cussing may help you get your anger out too!. other than that, i would buy a punching bag!.!.!.!.!.that might help get your anger out, plus you get a work out!. endurance makes you happy, according to elle woods!. haha!.

The best way to stop being so angry is to let it out and don't hold it in all the time!. Next time you feel angry go find somebody and just beat the crap out of them and take all your anger out on them and you will feel a whole lot better, no jk i don't knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some community clinics are government run, twenty or thirty a month, and give free meds!. Some cities don't offer these things!. We ignore our feelings when we are busy but all negative thoughts come back to haunt us with a deep depression!. When I learned how the system worked I got a laugh out of how I could deep depress for three minutes and then get up and it all disappeared and don't have it anymore!. It's a matter or dropping negative words, as they are like a poison and come back at you, at the worst times sometimes!. It's so easy to do it's pitiful in a way, but you have to be consistent and eventually it becomes a habit and a lot of other presents will be under your christmas tree also, like patience, contacting the genius within, intuition, joy within, popularity, who likes to be around a dismal and the free ticket to the awakening of this century (so many are waking up like from a dream!.)
Oh, and information like on neurology, the new biology, neobiology!. The brain has to be fed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey,
I personally think that maybe seeing a counsellor or a therapist would help a lot!. The more you talk about your problems with someone the easier it will get!. Try putting little sticky notes around your room reminding you of the things you like about yourself, or take a relaxing bath every day, go for a massage!. Do things that will help you relax and remind yourself of all the positive things in your life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
