The head spins are probably from the pills!. Your bad thoughts of the past, are because you've had bad things happen to you in the past, that you haven't resolved yet!. There is nothing wrong with you that you aren't taking care of, It just takes time!. And we all have those days when we feel really bad!. They pass! Always!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
