Well it really depends on your situation!. If the cause of these suicidal thoughts could be depression or something similar to that, you will most likely be put on anti-depressants!.
However, you'd better get yourself a medical evaluation first!. They will determine the proper treatment!. It could just be some therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other treatments like that!.)

That would be up to a professional!. There are many anti depressant medications!. But some can actually increase suicidal tendencies!. This is not some thing treated with over the counter meds and it has to be monitored by a trained professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
